Personal injuries might occur due to a variety of reasons. Sometimes victims are injured due to criminal negligence or intentional criminal acts by others. In this case our client, a 25-year-old female was taken to a hospital after her ex-boyfriend assaulted her. She spent one day at the hospital and didn’t seek any follow-up treatment.
